DevSecOps Engineer

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in technical leadership and developing a Cloud DevSecOps/SRE team
• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes and Cloud Native platforms
• Practical experience with CI/CD and GitOps in production environments
• Ability to design reliable and scalable platforms (SRE mindset)
• Knowledge of security, IAM, and compliance in regulated organizations

• Lead and develop the Cloud DevSecOps/SRE team and support applications in cloud environments (MLOps, AI, Big Data)
• Build and maintain CI/CD and GitOps processes (Linux, GitLab, ArgoCD)
• Develop and maintain Kubernetes environments (including GCP, Istio, Helm)
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with development teams and architects
• Ensure security (IAM, compliance), stability, and scalability of platforms
