With a team of 120 top-tier professionals across Europe, we specialize in large-scale Collection RPGs, drawing from our experience developing and publishing mid-core RPG and MMO Strategy games. We are pushing the boundaries of mobile-first gaming with the next evolution of CRPGs, built on one of the world’s most iconic IPs. Operating as a fully remote company, we also have physical offices in Tel Aviv and Krakow.
Wymagania
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical UI Artist, Technical Artist, UI Integrator, or similar role within game development.
- Strong understanding of game UI systems, performance optimization, and data-driven UI frameworks, with experience in solutions such as: Unity UI, TextMeshPro, Unity UI Toolkit, DOTween.
- Proven experience implementing and maintaining complex UI in a game engine environment.
- Strong C# skills, with the ability to independently develop, integrate, and maintain custom UI components, behaviors, and supporting logic within the game client.
- Solid understanding of UI architecture, state handling, and the relationship between visual presentation and underlying logic.
- Good eye for visual quality, interaction design, motion, and overall user experience.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite, along with a solid understanding of asset preparation and implementation pipelines.
- Experience developing for mobile-first titles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across design, art, and engineering teams.
Obowiązki
- Build, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance UI systems in close collaboration with UX designers, UI artists, tech art, and engineers.
- Integrate high-fidelity UI assets, including layouts, menus, icons, animations, and interactive states, into the game engine while preserving visual quality and intended behavior.
- Create and support reusable custom UI components, interaction patterns, and UI logic that enable efficient iteration, flexibility, and long-term scalability.
- Implement and maintain custom UI functionality such as button behaviors, scrolling solutions, layout logic, transitions, and other interactive features required by the project.
- Optimize UI for mobile and cross-platform performance, ensuring responsiveness, stability, and efficient resource usage.
- Debug and resolve UI issues across asset setup, logic, in-engine behavior, and performance bottlenecks.
- Contribute to UI polish through motion design, transitions, and visual effects that improve clarity, usability, and overall player experience.
- Help define and maintain efficient UI pipelines, implementation standards, and best practices across disciplines.
