Senior Python Engineer (Highload / Sexual Wellness)

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python.
• Deep expertise in Python 3 (Asyncio) and performance optimization.
• Strong experience with FastAPI and building scalable, high-traffic APIs.
• Advanced PostgreSQL skills including schema design, indexing strategy, and query optimization via EXPLAIN.
• Hands-on experience with Celery (Redis / RabbitMQ).
• Proficiency in database migrations using Alembic or Yoyo.
• Solid understanding of Docker, CI/CD, and AWS (ECS / EC2).
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Location: Based in Warsaw (hybrid/office).

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services.
• Analyze bottlenecks and optimize code/queries for maximum stability.
• Design and support complex asynchronous workflows using Celery.
• Shape the infrastructure and deployment processes in AWS.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and debugging in high-load production environments.

• Candidates must be based in Warsaw for hybrid/office work.
