Template Designer (K/M)

• Excellent attention to detail and design quality
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
• Experience with C#
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• English at C1 (Advanced) level or higher

• Experience in retail technology or labelling solutions
• Knowledge of POS systems and Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs)
• UI/UX or graphic design experience
• Experience working in customer-facing delivery roles

Template Design & Configuration:

• Design and build NetTickIT templates including shelf-edge labels, promotional labels, peg hook labels, and Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs)
• Create and maintain Template Specification Documents
• Ensure consistency, branding, and usability across all templates

Client Engagement & Workshops:

• Lead template workshops with clients to gather requirements
• Translate business and operational needs into template designs
• Advise clients on best practices for shelf-edge, promotional, and ESL labelling
• Present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Training & Support:

• Create user guides, documentation, and FAQs
• Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide ongoing guidance on template optimisation
• Deliver client training sessions and workshops on how to use NetTickIT Designer

Collaboration & Delivery:

• Work closely with Developers (integration and data mapping), Business Analysts (requirements gathering), Implementation Specialists (deployment), and Project Manager
• Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support
