Developer Magento

Fullstack / Team Lead for an eCommerce platform based on Magento, responsible for development, maintenance, and building an in-house development team. Combines technical skills (fullstack development, system architecture) with leadership (mentoring, recruitment, team organization).

• Minimum 5 years experience as Fullstack Developer including Magento (Adobe Commerce)
• Experience as Tech Lead or development team leader
• Strong knowledge of PHP (Magento 2), JavaScript (e.g., React / Vue), HTML, CSS
• Understanding of Magento architecture and ecosystem (modules, integrations, performance)
• Experience with API (REST / GraphQL) and system integrations
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and software development processes
• Ability to make technical decisions and take responsibility
• Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

Nice to have:

• Experience building in-house teams or transforming from outsourcing model
• Knowledge of microservice architecture or headless / composable commerce
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience in eCommerce, finance, or retail industries
• Knowledge of performance topics (cache, CDN, Magento optimization)

• Develop and maintain the eCommerce platform based on Magento (Adobe Commerce)
• Act as technical leader, make architectural decisions, and ensure solution quality
• Build and develop the in-house development team (recruitment, onboarding, mentoring)
• Collaborate with Technical Product Owner, analysts, and business stakeholders
• Design and develop integrations with internal systems (API, middleware, financial systems, CRM)
• Support platform development in omnichannel and composable commerce model
• Maintain code quality, development standards, and CI/CD processes
• Participate in planning technology roadmap and technical backlog
• Optimize platform performance, security, and scalability
