Senior IT Analyst - Mortgage Solutions

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is a recruitment company supporting various partners with experienced professionals, focusing on financial services and mortgage-related solutions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst, preferably within financial services or mortgage-related solutions
• Strong experience in eliciting, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements, including translating them into user stories and development tasks
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience with process and system modelling (UML, BPMN) and ability to create clear, structured documentation
• Understanding of system integrations (APIs/REST) and knowledge of databases (SQL)
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience in mortgage or lending domain and understanding of loan lifecycle
• Experience supporting testing activities (e.g. UAT, test scenarios)
• Familiarity with regulatory environments and large, distributed organizations

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements using data, process, and information modeling techniques
• Translate business needs into clear development tasks and user stories
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to contribute to IT solution design
• Support development teams by clarifying requirements and resolving business-related questions during the software lifecycle
• Ensure consistency and quality of requirements throughout design and development phases
