Java Engineer / Tech Lead

Inteca is a company developing PractIQ, a platform that automates developer practices by integrating AI to enhance software architecture, quality, and business value delivery.

• Minimum 6+ years of experience building complex IT systems.
• Ability to independently design end-to-end solutions and oversee their implementation through automated processes.
• Think in terms of processes and translate engineering best practices into repeatable, automated workflows.
• Deep knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, Angular to effectively verify and debug AI-generated code.
• Excellent understanding of microservice architectures, design, and integration patterns.
• Practical experience with AI/ML components or strong motivation to develop in this area.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Keycloak or other identity management systems.
• Knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) or architecture tools (e.g., Sparx Enterprise Architect).

• Configure and run automated workflows in PractIQ to deliver design products from analysis through architecture to working code.
• Act as an expert overseeing AI agents' outputs, verifying and approving architecture models, code, and documentation to ensure alignment with client business goals.
• Take responsibility for key technical decisions and tasks requiring human creativity and expertise beyond automation.
• Define and enforce quality and architectural standards to ensure solutions generated by the platform are robust, scalable, and secure.
• Identify potential improvements in PractIQ and contribute ideas to enhance the platform's effectiveness.
