Senior AI Engineer

• Very good programming skills in Python and experience building production backend services and APIs.
• Experience in creating and deploying LLM-based applications in production environments.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, structured responses, context management, and tool calling.
• Experience with integration of base models and LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or Bedrock.
• Competence in API design, testing, deployment, observability, evaluation, and failure handling.
• Understanding of AI system security and reliability including guardrails, fallback patterns, and output validation.
• Pragmatic approach to solving complex real-world problems with clean and maintainable solutions.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Java, Kotlin, LangChain, MCP, RAG.

• Design, build, and maintain AI applications and backend services integrating large language models (LLM) with business processes, focusing on reliability, security, observability, and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain production AI services and backend applications in Python.
• Design and implement LLM-based workflows including prompt engineering, context management, structured responses, and tool calling.
• Define robust API contracts and AI-generated output specifications.
• Test, evaluate, and continuously improve AI services through automated tests, prompt iteration, and measurable evaluation methods.
• Implement security and reliability mechanisms such as validation, guardrails, fallback mechanisms, and error handling.
• Monitor and enhance production systems using logs, metrics, traces, and AI observability tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and domain stakeholders to transform ambiguous use cases into production-ready solutions.
• Work 100% remotely.
