• Solid Java expertise with proven experience in development and architectural design.
• DevOps knowledge including AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies, preferably React.
• Strong focus on end-user experience and passion for enabling people with innovative tools.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features using Java and related technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure a high-quality codebase.
• Drive and maintain high standards of code quality across the suite of applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Stay current with emerging trends, frameworks, and technologies to continuously improve solutions.
