AI Implementation Specialist

EWT Truck & Trailer Polska Sp. zo.o. is hiring for a role focused on AI implementation combining technology, process, and governance including security, compliance, and adoption.

• 3–5+ years experience in implementation projects (IT/automation/AI/modern workplace).
• Practical experience with at least one: Microsoft 365 Copilot, LLM SaaS (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI), or local LLM models (e.g., Ollama or other self-hosted).
• Ability to design solutions based on LLM plus company data (RAG, document repositories, API).
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID).
• Ability to lead end-to-end implementations (from discovery to production).
• Good communication with business and IT (workshops, documentation, architectural decisions).
• Polish and English language skills (minimum B2).

Nice to have:

• Experience with RODO and compliance.
• Knowledge of GPU infrastructure for local models.

• Analyze business processes and identify AI use cases (automation, content analysis, decision support).
• Select architecture: SaaS vs local LLM (buy vs build).
• Design and implement solutions based on Microsoft 365 Copilot, external models (e.g., Claude via API), and local models (e.g., Ollama/self-hosted).
• Deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot including data readiness (SharePoint/OneDrive/Exchange), permissions model, usage and prompting standards, pilot and organizational rollout.
• Extend Copilot with Copilot Studio, agents, API integrations if needed.
• Launch and configure local LLM models (e.g., Ollama).
• Integrate with SaaS models (e.g., Claude) managing keys, cost control, prompt design, and response quality.
• Collaborate on AI governance policies (data, access, retention, logging).
• Integrate AI solutions with security policies (RODO, confidentiality, auditability).
• Work with Purview for labels, DLP, retention at deployment level.
• Prepare AI work standards (prompting, scenarios, usage guidelines).
• Conduct training for users, IT teams, and business owners.
• Measure AI effectiveness and actual usage.
