Pega Developer - Mediation, with German

The role is within the Application, Mediation, and Consulting Team developing the technical core of a new funding platform handling over 100 different funding instruments through a modular, configurable approach.

• Minimum 3 years of specialized experience in PEGA development, modularization, and platform architecture.
• Proven experience in developing generic applications for funding decisions with extension points for domain-specific questionnaires and data.
• Expert knowledge in Java (JEE), XML, and ABAP OO.
• At least 2 years of experience in PEGA test automation and CI/CD via the PEGA Deployment Manager.
• Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 9126 quality standards and Accessibility (BITV 2.0 / WCAG 2.0).
• German and English proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Pega Constellation and advanced UX design.
• Knowledge of RPA, BOT, or BPE technologies.
• Familiarity with SAP Social Service Management (SSM) integration.

• Design and implement the core application for mediation and consulting with stable extension points for specialized data and questionnaires.
• Integrate and configure reusable building blocks including Configurable Questionnaires, Funding Instrument Configuration, and Application Approval modules.
• Develop logic to link funding decisions to involved natural and legal persons managing specific data sets for various funding types.
• Conduct requirement analysis with Product Owners and architects.
• Design solution concepts with effort estimates.
• Ensure high-quality implementation including debugging and documentation.
