Senior Full-Stack Engineer (JavaScript, Java)

• 5+ years of experience working in Java or any other backend language.
• 3+ years of experience in developing web-based software using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Technical studies related to Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with React or a comparable framework.
• Strong focus on software quality, performance, and clean architecture.
• Supportive team player who fosters a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Good English communication skills.

• Contribute to advancing the Dynatrace product and strengthening its position in software observability.
• Work in a cloud-native environment using TypeScript and Java to build scalable systems with clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with highly skilled engineers to build software end-to-end, including debugging, testing, and fixing.
• Develop visualizations for infrastructure observability data to help users understand its complexity.
• Utilize AI capabilities for features like anomaly detection and correlate multidirectional signals for faster root cause analysis.
• Focus on user experience and customer-centric end-to-end thinking.
