Senior IT Support Engineer

• 4+ years of experience in an IT Support role
• Working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Working knowledge of Lenovo and Apple hardware
• Knowledge of networking concepts
• Comprehensive understanding of networking (Network certification a plus)
• Working knowledge with voice and video conferencing solutions (Zoom, RingCentral a plus)
• Technical certification in desktop operating systems (Mac certification a plus)
• Experience leading large, complex enterprise initiatives on a global scale (PMP certification a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish

• Provide technical services and support to all employees worldwide including desktop and audio video support, new hire onboarding, advanced application configuration, and event support
• Troubleshoot and support all IT end user issues: mobile, desktop, audio/video, peripherals, etc.
• Manage procurement, asset and inventory management for all IT hardware and software
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with teams like Facilities, Sales, Engineering, and People Operations
• Manage IT communication between headquarters and remote offices
• Perform system imaging, application configurations, and security policy enforcements
• Provide daily onsite office support from Monday to Friday
• Coach and mentor peers
• Lead cross-functional projects
• Drive end-user technology decisions impacting employees globally
