Platform Engineer

Devire Outsourcing IT is a form of cooperation dedicated to IT specialists based on self-employment (B2B), executing projects for leading clients conducting innovative and modern projects. The client is an international organization operating in multiple countries with an extensive IT infrastructure supporting various businesses including maritime transport and logistics.

• Minimum 5 years experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or similar role
• Experience with CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure tools
• Good knowledge of cloud, Infrastructure as Code, and modern software delivery practices
• Experience in scripting or developing platform tools and automation
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability
• Ability to handle incidents, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident improvements
• Knowledge of secure engineering practices and their integration into software delivery
• Experience in security areas such as vulnerability management and access control
• Ability to work on infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost optimization
• Experience with Git and teamwork
• Ability to collaborate across teams (development, operations, infrastructure, security)
• Strong analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset
• Willingness to learn new technologies and use AI tools
• Certifications are an additional advantage

• Co-create and develop DevSecOps practices, platform capabilities, and engineering processes
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure secure and efficient delivery of solutions
• Create and maintain automation to reduce manual work and increase process consistency
• Support performance, scalability, reliability, and security of services
• Participate in operational support, problem resolution, incident handling, and service improvements
• Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in tools, processes, and platform
• Develop infrastructure and platform focusing on maintenance, costs, and developer experience
• Support compliance with policies, architecture, and security standards
• Monitor trends in platforms, cloud, automation, and AI and apply them practically

Work location: hybrid with office presence in Wrocław 2-3 days per week.
