Power Electronics Hardware Engineer (R&D)

• Strong experience in power electronics / hardware engineering
• Experience with HV/LV systems and electrical design
• Background in product development (from concept to validation)
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
• Experience in automotive or electromobility projects is a plus
• Fluent English (mandatory)

• Analyze customer technical requirements
• Review product specifications and ensure feasibility (compliance matrices)
• Perform product sizing and dimensioning
• Prepare product definition and justification documentation
• Technically manage subcontractors responsible for key components (mechatronic parts, wiring harnesses, busbars, etc.)
• Support the Engineering / Design Office in detailed design activities
• Review product definition documentation produced by the Design Office
• Develop, test, and fine-tune products
• Review product qualification procedures
• Participate in product qualification activities
• Define production (serial) test plans
• Participate in project milestone meetings
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation plans
• Review user manuals and product documentation
• Prepare test instruction sheets for recurring products
• Create and update schematics and layout data
• Perform prototype tuning and validation
• Participate in environmental qualification testing
• Prepare full design documentation (validation plans, justification files, etc.)
