Web Designer

• Degree in Business Informatics, IT, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in website management, digital design, or similar roles
• Experience working with tools such as Jira or Confluence; Salesforce is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, agility, and effective communication style
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems and website back-end management is an advantage
• Fluent English (B2–C1), both written and spoken

• Manage ongoing website maintenance, including content updates, banners, and uploading documents and images
• Collaborate with Front-end teams and external creative agencies to ensure consistency in design and messaging
• Design and adapt web page layouts, landing pages, and digital assets in line with brand guidelines
• Translate business and marketing requirements into intuitive, visually appealing web interfaces
• Ensure responsive design and optimal performance across all devices
• Identify UX/UI improvement opportunities and propose enhancements
• Optimize content and visuals for performance, accessibility, and SEO
• Maintain design assets, templates, and style guides
