• Proven track record at a high-scale B2C SaaS product.
• Strong business acumen with experience translating complex data into impactful business decisions.
• Ownership of retention KPIs and lifecycle programs, including onboarding, activation, offboarding, and flows driving long-term engagement.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including product, lifecycle, and development.
• Strong hands-on experience analyzing funnels and metrics such as activation rate, lifetime value, churn cohorts, with a focus on user experience.
• Technical background and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Unify the Product Ecosystem: Eliminate friction within the product suite by reimagining connections between services to enhance cross-product discovery and adoption.
• Master the Full Customer Journey: Define, execute, and evolve the roadmap across the entire customer experience focusing on activation, engagement, and retention.
• Architect the Retention Engine: Analyze and improve the customer funnel from first purchase to off-boarding to increase customer experience and lifetime value.
• Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Establish a culture where growth initiatives are backed by robust experimentation with clear success metrics tied to business outcomes.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution: Synchronize efforts across product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to rapidly test, learn, and scale growth initiatives.
• Lead an Elite Retention Team: Build and mentor a team of specialists combining analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to outperform retention benchmarks.
• Design High-Impact Experiments: Create bold tests challenging conventional wisdom about user behavior to uncover breakthrough growth opportunities.
