• Experience independently leading end-to-end technology projects, especially in AI/ML/MLOps.
• Ability to diagnose problems and propose effective solutions.
• Proficiency in Python for designing and supervising ML/LLM solutions.
• Experience with Kubernetes architecture and deployment.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Understanding of Machine Learning and LLM architecture and integration.
• Operational proficiency with Linux (Debian / RHEL).
• Technical leadership skills including team management, code review, and mentoring.

• Independently lead end-to-end MLOps projects from needs analysis, architecture design, to implementation and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with business to understand needs, priorities, and measurable goals of AI/ML projects.
• Design and implement solutions based on ML and LLM models following best practices in MLOps and LLMOps.
• Maintain and develop production environments running on Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform.
• Diagnose technical problems and ensure stability and reliability of deployed applications.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Architecture, Security, and DevOps teams to ensure solution coherence.
• Create and optimize MLOps processes including CI/CD, model monitoring, pipeline automation, and governance.
• Recommend new technologies, platform solutions, and process improvements.
