Senior ServiceNow Engineer

• Strong, hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Very strong practical experience in the priority areas: CMDB, HAM Pro, Discovery, Agent Client Collector
• Proven ability to troubleshoot ServiceNow issues, especially Discovery-related errors
• Strong scripting skills supporting CMDB / HAM / Discovery use cases
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript, especially in ServiceNow scripting
• Experience developing and maintaining workflows and automation using Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub

• Configuration, remediation and development of ServiceNow solutions with primary focus on CMDB, HAM and Discovery
• Identification and remediation of Discovery errors and related data quality issues
• Advanced troubleshooting within ServiceNow, especially in CMDB / HAM / Discovery
• Development and optimisation of scripts supporting CMDB, HAM and Discovery areas
• Independent delivery of technical tasks in line with ServiceNow best practices
• Close cooperation with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Documentation of implemented solutions and progress reporting
