• Proven experience as a Technical Architect / MFT Architect / GoAnywhere SME
• Strong hands-on knowledge of GoAnywhere MFT and secure file transfer protocols
• Solid understanding of enterprise security (TLS, certificates, access control, logging)
• Experience creating HLD/LLD and technical documentation
• Background in enterprise or regulated environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Define and own the GoAnywhere MFT upgrade architecture and overall technical approach
• Design secure MFT solutions using SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, TLS, certificates, RBAC, and auditing
• Perform pre-upgrade readiness and risk assessments (health checks, dependencies)
• Provide technical leadership during build, upgrade, testing, cutover, and rollback
• Collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, and operations teams
• Produce architecture documentation (HLD/LLD, diagrams, runbooks)
• Lead post-upgrade health checks and security recommendations
