Snowflake Architect / Lead Data Engineer

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering roles
• 5+ years of experience working with Snowflake and Azure
• 2+ years of experience in a Snowflake Architect role
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep)
• Experience with Snowflake AI capabilities (e.g., Cortex AI)
• Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud and Snowflake security and data protection (access control, encryption, auditing)
• Very strong data modeling skills
• Experience conducting Snowflake platform assessments (security, scalability, architecture)

Nice to have:

• Experience with enterprise data governance frameworks
• Consulting or advisory background
• Experience working in large-scale cloud environments

• Design and architect scalable data platforms using Snowflake and Azure
• Lead data engineering initiatives and provide technical guidance to teams
• Conduct Snowflake platform assessments with focus on security and scalability
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform or Bicep
• Define and enforce data security, governance, and protection standards
• Support implementation of AI capabilities within Snowflake (e.g., Cortex AI)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
