• Highly developed analytical skills.
• Experience in conducting business analyses and defining requirements.
• Experience managing projects with a high degree of complexity.
• Knowledge of the insurance market and processes characteristic of the industry.
• Established knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT technologies and IT project implementation.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external clients (needs assessment, proposing solutions).
• Basic knowledge of databases: POSTGRES, MS SQL.
• Knowledge of POSTMAN, JIRA, Confluence.
• Higher education.

• Knowledge of XML, JSON, RESTFUL API.

• Defining project scope and business objectives.
• Project planning (schedule, budget, resources).
• Comprehensive project management according to the adopted methodology.
• Managing projects related to sales systems (agency and/or direct).
