Wymagania

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, junior project management, or a similar operations role within a software/tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, including setting up workflows and managing backlogs.
  • Experience in a client-facing role; retail software experience is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent professional English language skills.

Obowiązki

Jira & Backlog Hygiene:

  • Translate "pop-up" requests and vague client feedback into well-defined Jira tickets with clear descriptions and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure no task reaches developers without the necessary information.
  • Prepare the board for Monday syncs to facilitate team planning.

Communication & Email Management:

  • Act as the first line of defense for incoming client emails by categorizing, tagging, and acknowledging every request.
  • Extract relevant information from client emails and attach it to Jira tasks.
  • Keep clients informed on the status of fixes, change requests, and implementation milestones.

Schedule & Delivery Tracking:

  • Maintain a high-level view of all active client deadlines.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and alert leadership if delivery dates are at risk.
  • Follow up with the internal team to ensure deadlines and replies are met.
