Senior Specialist SAP Application Management Logistics – German speaking

x1F is a company operating in Managed Services focusing on stable and reliable SAP operations, supporting SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA Classic modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, and PS, including custom solutions, interfaces, and integration scenarios between accounting and logistics.

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable vocational training.
• Professional experience in SAP FI combined with knowledge in at least one additional module such as MM, SD, CO, PS, or CATS.
• Technical and functional understanding of at least one relevant SAP module.
• Experience in IT support or customer service is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ABAP development at least at debugging level.
• Fundamental understanding of the SAP data model under ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA including data dependencies and common transactions for data analysis.
• Fluent German (B2 – C1) and solid English skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 25 percent within Germany and, if required, Austria.

• Take ownership of 2nd Level Support and coordinate with external 3rd Level teams.
• Quickly assess complex issues and guide key users through technical and functional questions.
• Qualify and investigate incoming support requests in close collaboration with key users.
• Identify root causes and define clear next steps through a structured approach.
• Review module specific processes and uncover improvement potential.
• Work with customer stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance stability.
• Design solutions within relevant SAP modules.
• Apply customizing, support development tasks, test changes thoroughly, and ensure clean deployment into the system landscape.
• Conduct focused training sessions for key users and end users.
• Promote knowledge transfer and strengthen operational readiness.
