Digital & AI Transformation Advisor [170-225 PLN/h net +VAT B2B]

Deviniti is a company with a Digital Transformation Unit composed of experienced business and technology practitioners led by Tomasz Stankiewicz. The team focuses on strategic consulting, AI, Digital Transformation, and Deviniti solutions including Cloud and Atlassian tools.

• At least 10 years of experience in managerial or director-level roles within enterprise or corporate organizations
• Deep knowledge of large organizational structures, business processes (HR, compliance, operations), and experience working with major software vendors
• Business maturity with the ability to understand complex client processes and translate them into transformative improvements

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of commercial AI solutions and ability to translate them into real process improvements
• Business or architectural certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL)
• Familiarity with ecosystems relevant to Deviniti (e.g., cloud solutions, Atlassian tools, AI)
• Natural charisma and confidence to engage as an equal partner with executive leadership (C-level confidence)
• Outstanding analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technological concepts in clear business language
• Maturity and partnership-oriented approach, including ability to build long-term value and take ownership of client challenges and solutions

• Advising clients and taking ownership of business and digital transformation, including process simplification and automation

Tasks:

• Shaping the Transformation Vision:
  • Building strong value propositions and transformation strategies for leading market players
  • Analyzing business processes and creating recommendations, transformation models, and business cases aimed at maximizing profitability
• Strategic Solution Selection (Technology Match-Making):
  • Mapping identified business challenges to Deviniti’s portfolio of products, technologies, and solutions
  • Understanding technologies (AI, Cloud, business tools) to enable effective strategic advisory conversations
• Real Impact and Partnership:
  • Leading transformation initiatives for key enterprise clients
  • Supporting sales as a trusted advisor and contributing to the creation of new consulting products

The recruitment process includes 5 stages: CV screening, phone interview, online interview with team leader, on-site interview at Wrocław office with team leader and C-level representative, and final decision communicated about 2 weeks after the interview.
