Change Management Senior Consultant

• 3-5 years experience in change management, transformation or project management
• Practical application of change management frameworks in transformation programs
• Consulting approach with client advisory experience
• Ability to influence and challenge senior leadership
• Experience presenting structured materials to management
• C1+ level English for international project work
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change
• Comfort in fast-paced, complex transformation environments
• Ability to prepare high quality presentations in PowerPoint

Nice to have:

• German language skills at C1 level or higher
• Experience in implementations or transformations with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or ServiceNow
• Strong project management background (Agile, waterfall, or hybrid)
• Experience with global transformation programs
• Skilled at facilitating workshops and senior stakeholder sessions
• Proficient with tools like Miro, Jira, MS Project, Teams, and PowerPoint

• Initially support the project Lead and in the future independently manage streams and whole initiatives
• Deliver change management activities for transformation and implementation projects
• Adapt change and project management duties based on client needs
• Design and apply tailored change strategies using established frameworks
• Take part in or manage the full change lifecycle including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and planning communications and training
• Coordinate and in the future oversee workstreams or initiatives within larger transformation programs
• Prepare clear management presentations and progress updates in PowerPoint
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders
• Collaborate with client and technology teams in international settings
• Track adoption, assess risks, and drive actionable improvements
