Transformation Consultant - Procurement Focus

• 3 6 years of experience in transformation, consulting, project management or PMO roles, preferably in procurement and/or supply chain contexts.
• Solid understanding of procurement and supply chain processes and their integration with ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience in ERP implementation or process transformation projects.
• Strong project management capabilities (waterfall, agile or hybrid).
• Experience working in a consulting or advisory environment with direct client exposure.
• Ability to structure complex topics and communicate them clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Very good English skills (C1+) for international project work.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced transformation environments.

Nice to have:

• Experience with procurement platforms like SAP/Ariba, Ivalua, Jagger etc.
• German language skills at B2 level or higher.
• Experience with global transformation programs.
• Skilled at facilitating workshops and senior stakeholder sessions.
• Proficient with tools like Miro, Jira, MS Project, Teams, and PowerPoint.

• Support the Project Lead initially, progressing to independently manage or lead operational and digital transformation projects in Procurement and/or Supply Chain.
• Assist the Project Lead in planning, coordinating, and delivering activities across workstreams.
• Contribute to process analysis, redesign and optimisation for procurement and supply chain (e.g. source-to-pay, order-to-cash).
• Utilise project management and PMO practices to maintain structure and progress.
• Prepare management materials, status updates and presentations.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams, often in international settings.
• Support change and adoption in transformation with change management and technology teams.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to drive client alignment and decision-making.
• Identify and address risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities with the project team.
