Junior Procurement Process Specialist (with German)

• Good knowledge of English (B2) and fluent knowledge of German (C1)
• Proficient in MS-Excel
• Student status or Bachelor Degree
• Well organized and able to prioritize tasks
• Experience in procurement department is an advantage

• Provide first-line helpdesk support for stakeholders and suppliers, escalating queries to senior team members if necessary
• Responsible for internal database changes
• Process routine Purchase Requisitions, including reviewing PRs for compliance and releasing completed Purchase Orders for approval
• Ensure daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets
• Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function and proactively identify improvement opportunities
• Handle administrative duties related to purchases, including tracking orders and maintaining up-to-date records
