Fullstack Developer

Agentica is an AI automation startup that designs and deploys custom AI products and agents for B2B clients worldwide. The company builds production-ready AI systems that automate and replace manual business processes across helpdesks, internal tools, e-commerce, production, and other high-friction areas. Its team delivers practical agentic AI solutions for clients ranging from cybersecurity software distributors to global Web3 companies.

• 5+ years building production web applications.
• Write code that a colleague can easily read and extend.
• Strong TypeScript and React experience.
• Solid Python experience, ideally with FastAPI.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills.
• Comfortable with Git, Docker, and CI/CD.

Nice to have:

• B2B SaaS or enterprise product background
• GDPR / PII handling experience (data classification, audit trails)
• Polish helpful but not required

• Own projects end to end, from scoping through delivery.
• Work closely with the business team on scope and the tech team on architecture.
• Build and maintain web applications using TypeScript, React, and Vite on the frontend.
• Build and maintain Python / FastAPI backends, including APIs, auth, and data models.
• Work with PostgreSQL: schema design, queries, and versioned migrations.
• Participate in code review, contribute to technical documentation.
• Read, run, and fix CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions or similar tools.
