Senior Electronic Design Engineer (m/f/d)

• University degree in Electronics.
• A minimum of five years of professional experience in a similar electronic engineering or hardware design role.
• Proficient in the design and development of analog and digital electronics, power systems, and sensor integration.
• Demonstrated expertise with Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Experience with C programming and other firmware languages for microcontrollers.
• Strong understanding of EMC/EMI principles, measurement techniques, and use of advanced testing equipment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges effectively. Hands-on mentality.
• Fully professional in English for technical communication and documentation.

Nice to have:

• Willingness to implement new solutions.
• Basic German language skills.

Perform & Lead Hardware Development:

• Spearhead and participate to specification, end-to-end design, development, documentation and verification of innovative electronic hardware, including analog, digital, and power electronic circuits.

PCB Design & Layout:

• Create complex printed circuit boards (PCBs), ensuring adherence to best practices for signal integrity, manufacturability, and EMC/EMI compliance.

Prototyping & Validation:

• Participate in the assembly, testing, and characterization of prototypes to validate design performance against all technical requirements.

Take Ownership:

• Participate in engineering best practices, contribute to team development, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Research & Innovation:

• Actively engage in research and development activities to explore and implement next-generation technologies and systems.
