Business Systems Senior Analyst

• Experience with various technology subject areas including: database technologies, system integrations, file feed distributions via (S)FTP/S3 API calls (XML/JSON) either scheduled or managed via service accounts
• Experience interacting and communicating with various technology roles including development, support, product management, systems administration
• Understanding of database technologies, agile application development SDLC and systems integrations
• Familiarity with software used for lease administration, property management, space management and/or facilities management
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics in an easily digestible manner
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• Act as a single point of contact for our clients
• Project manage new transitions.
• Configure system screens and reports to the clients requirements
• Quote and manage status for clients enhancements
• Manage Rent feed development and liaise with development
• Manage system migrations from clients existing systems and mapping into Sequentra
• Maintains and improves upon a knowledge base of documented end user “How To” functionality
• Implements minor scope (typically <5 days) customer configurations based upon approved designs
• Engages with client for any clarification of work efforts
• Analyzes service requests Month over Month to report upon request trends and suggest areas for process and product enhancements
• Maintains and improves upon a knowledge base of documented system administration standard processes and procedures
• Assists in testing end user processes using defined acceptance criteria guidelines
• Seeks opportunities to standardize application, data, and report configurations
• Assists Product team with the creation of developed feature acceptance criteria guidelines
• Solicits SaaS end users to assist in testing new and updated features using testing documentation
• Performs other duties as assigned
