Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Python. The project involves implementing a platform for developing and deploying portfolio models using ML and AI. The goal is to improve data analysis, enhance investment performance, and optimize costs.

Our client is a leading global financial services firm providing wealth management, investment banking, and asset management services to clients worldwide. This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the Wrocław office three days a week, with flexible working hours.

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role
• Strong Python programming for data analysis and modeling (using libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
• Statistical analysis and machine learning expertise
• Understanding of business context and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience with GenAI-assisted development (using Generative AI tools to support coding, testing, or solution design)

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and patterns
• Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms
• Visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Experiment with different modeling techniques to improve predictions
• Collaborate with data engineers to access and use data efficiently
