CRM and Personalization Specialist – Financial Sector

As a CRM and Personalization Specialist, you will be working for a client who is a leader in innovative customer engagement solutions within the financial sector. The role involves driving sophisticated campaigns to craft tailored experiences that elevate client relationships and foster brand loyalty. The position is based in Warszawa with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). ITDS Polska supports financial service providers in technology, organization, and digitization, serving over 20 clients in banking, insurance, payment, and fintech industries with more than 300 IT professionals.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in deploying data-driven campaigns, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Advanced knowledge of SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH.
• Solid proficiency with MS SQL and relational databases.
• Good communication skills in Polish (spoken and written).
• Good command of English (B2).
• Ability to think analytically and work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAS 4GL.
• Additional certifications in CRM or related fields.

• Design and optimize advanced personalization processes to increase customer engagement.
• Develop communication strategies tailored to customer needs, based on data insights, and implement them within CRM systems (SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH).
• Prepare requirements and specifications for system modifications, conduct solution analysis, and execute testing for real-time personalization features.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of personalization campaigns.
