• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with data management tools and databases
• Good understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain management principles
• Excellent communication in English (B2 level minimum), German skills are considered as an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and reporting
• Experience in data migration projects and familiarity with data integration techniques
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to purchasing data
• Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset

• Manage and maintain high-quality master data related to purchasing
• Analyze, validate, and ensure accuracy and consistency of incoming data within purchasing systems and databases
• Cooperate closely with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, Finance, and Operations to collect, verify, and align necessary data
• Design and implement processes for data entry, updates, and master data governance to improve purchasing efficiency
• Conduct regular master data audits, identify discrepancies, and initiate corrective actions
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards tracking key KPIs related to purchasing data
• Provide guidance and training to end-users on data management standards, tools, and best practices
• Support master data integration with ERP systems and other business applications
• Participate in data migration and data integration projects
