Wymagania
- At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or System Analyst role.
- At least 1 year of leadership or team coordination experience.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with BPMN and/or UML notation.
- Experience in backlog management and prioritization in cooperation with business stakeholders.
- Very good command of English (minimum B2) and full professional proficiency in Polish (minimum C1).
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with WEBCON BPS.
- Familiarity with Power BI.
- Experience with payroll or financial system implementations.
- Understanding of technical concepts such as API integrations, databases, and security.
- Familiarity with CRM solutions.
Obowiązki
- Collaborate with back-office teams (Payroll, Finance, Recruitment) while gathering and refining requirements for new internal system functionalities.
- Be responsible for business and system analysis, stakeholder communication, and translating requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
- Work closely with Product Owner on shaping and maintaining the roadmap of the internal system ecosystem based on the WEBCON BPS platform.
- Manage and prioritize the team backlog for the analysis and development team, ensuring business stakeholders’ needs are properly addressed while maintaining adequate capacity for system maintenance and technical improvements.
- Connect knowledge across multiple internal systems to design optimal cross-system solutions across the internal application landscape.
- Prepare operational reports and system-based analytical insights for Product Owners and senior management, providing visibility into internal processes and system data.
