Wymagania

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or System Analyst role.
  • At least 1 year of leadership or team coordination experience.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with BPMN and/or UML notation.
  • Experience in backlog management and prioritization in cooperation with business stakeholders.
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2) and full professional proficiency in Polish (minimum C1).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with WEBCON BPS.
  • Familiarity with Power BI.
  • Experience with payroll or financial system implementations.
  • Understanding of technical concepts such as API integrations, databases, and security.
  • Familiarity with CRM solutions.

Obowiązki

  • Collaborate with back-office teams (Payroll, Finance, Recruitment) while gathering and refining requirements for new internal system functionalities.
  • Be responsible for business and system analysis, stakeholder communication, and translating requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
  • Work closely with Product Owner on shaping and maintaining the roadmap of the internal system ecosystem based on the WEBCON BPS platform.
  • Manage and prioritize the team backlog for the analysis and development team, ensuring business stakeholders’ needs are properly addressed while maintaining adequate capacity for system maintenance and technical improvements.
  • Connect knowledge across multiple internal systems to design optimal cross-system solutions across the internal application landscape.
  • Prepare operational reports and system-based analytical insights for Product Owners and senior management, providing visibility into internal processes and system data.
