Data Engineer

The company has over 120 experts organized into 4 Business Units, combining specialists such as Data Engineers, BI Consultants, AI Engineers, Solution Architects, Power Platform Consultants, and Project Managers to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering with expertise in advanced solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure tools including Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale data engineering projects.
• Advanced data modeling and optimization skills.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Ownership and proactive, client-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English and Polish with excellent communication skills.

• Leading the design and delivery of advanced data solutions, including architecture and implementation.
• Creating scalable, secure data platforms integrated into enterprise IT architecture.

• Working closely with stakeholders to define long-term data strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Staying updated on emerging technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions to improve data processes.
