AI Solution Software Engineer – Machine Learning & NLP

• 2 years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Strong analytical skills to debug non-deterministic agent interactions and handle edge cases where agents fail or hallucinate.
• Hands-on experience in designing and deploying workflows using multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI).
• Skills in prompt engineering for reliable LLM tool use.
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and implementing short-term/long-term memory strategies.
• BS in Computer Science/Engineering or Mathematics.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Good understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Understanding of modern AI architectures.
• Experience in Android application development.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance solutions based on LLM.
• Collaborate with product owners and R&D teams to turn research prototypes into production-grade solutions.
• Continuously improve quality and operational reliability of multi-agent AI solutions.
• Design scalable multi-agent architectures and determine when complex agentic solutions are necessary versus traditional code solutions.
• Develop multi-agent LLM solutions end to end to support maintenance development team in various natural-language processing tasks, ensuring optimal performance and reproducibility.
• Suggest automations and identify areas for improvement through automation.
