• Very good knowledge of Java (versions 17/21) and the Spring ecosystem.
• Experience working with distributed systems and microservice architecture.
• Experience using AI tools for process and workflow automation (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Gemini).
• Practical knowledge of design patterns and integration patterns.
• Good understanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose scalable solutions.
• Awareness of data and task flow in complex systems.
• Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of cloud solutions, preferably AWS.
• Good team communication skills.
