Full Stack Engineer

Ciklum is a custom product engineering company supporting multinational organizations and scaling startups with a global team of over 4,000 developers, consultants, analysts, and product owners. The role involves working directly with Trustpilot, the world's largest independent consumer review platform with over 300 million reviews and 64 million monthly active users.

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Experience with AWS infrastructure including S3, ECS, Lambda
• Familiarity with event-driven and microservice architectures
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools like CloudWatch or Datadog

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with AWS services: SQS, SNS, API Gateway, CloudWatch
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., CloudFormation)
• Experience with GCP services like BigQuery
• Exposure to other languages (Python, .NET, PHP) and frontend styling (SASS, Styled Components)
• Experience with end-to-end testing using Playwright

• Work as part of a cross-functional team with full ownership of the product and codebase
• Be fully integrated into Trustpilot's feature teams
• Work on core platform functionalities managing customer lifecycle including sign-up, onboarding, sales, and retention
• Collaborate alongside Product, Design, and Data Science teams owning product and codebase end-to-end
• Participate in all lifecycle stages: ideation, design, architecture, implementation, deployment, and maintenance
• Participate in technical decision-making and build scalable backend services and reusable frontend components using TypeScript
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and distributed cloud services within an event-driven microservices architecture
• Contribute to planning, troubleshooting, and code reviews
