Senior DevOps Engineer

QVC Group, Inc. is a Fortune 500 live social shopping company with six leading retail brands: QVC®, HSN®, Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Garnet Hill®, and Grandin Road.

• 5+ years of experience as DevOps, Cloud, or Site Reliability Engineer
• Very good English
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Strong Terraform experience including managing state, writing custom modules, and managing environments through code
• Solid background managing Kubernetes (AKS specifically) and serverless architectures (Azure Functions)
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash
• Leadership mindset with ability to plan team work and take responsibility for infrastructure domain

Nice to have:

• Experience with MLOps concepts or tools (Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, managing compute for model training)
• Experience with GraphQL and monitoring/routing GraphQL APIs
• Experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD or Flux for Kubernetes deployments
• Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)

• Manage, maintain, and scale Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform
• Support and optimize containerized workloads in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and serverless deployments via Azure Functions
• Lead infrastructure setup for MLOps initiative, provisioning cloud services for ML model training and deployment
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, infrastructure provisioning, and application deployment
• Collaborate with backend engineers to support GraphQL APIs ensuring high availability and performance
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform reliability
• Mentor engineers and enforce DevOps and security best practices

This role is remote but requires on-site presence at the Kraków office once per quarter on predetermined days.
