Senior Product Manager - AI

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment managing mission-critical products.
• Proven experience building AI-powered products such as RAG, chatbots, agentic frameworks, or LLM-based features.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with studio-like environments, workflow orchestrators, or no-code platforms.
• Fluent in English.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Enterprise Integration Platforms (iPaaS) or API-first products.
• Background in Search or Knowledge Management.
• Fluency in French, German, and/or Polish.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of two flagship AI products: Agent Hub (user interface for role-based AI agents) and Agent Studio (low-code/no-code environment for building and deploying agents).
• Set the 12-18 month roadmap for LumApps to become an orchestrator of AI agents.
• Conduct deep discovery with enterprise customers to identify AI-driven productivity opportunities.
• Deploy AI agents that bring measurable efficiency and new ways of working.
• Act as the internal and external face of the Agent strategy, communicating with Sales, Marketing, and customers.
• Lead the "Agentic" transformation focusing on effortless agent experience, scaling the Agent Studio, enterprise ecosystem connectivity, and AI trust and governance.
• Collaborate daily with AI Tribe product teams, engineering managers, product designers, and leadership to ensure strategic alignment.
