IT Analyst

We are looking for an IT Analyst to join the Deposits Domain within Group Technology. The Deposits Domain is a maintenance organisation for Personal Banking customer’s accounts and deposits in N-core (based on Temenos Transact), currently catering for approximately 6.5 million Accounts in the N-core ledger. You will be joining a Team of experienced and skilled Product Owners and Analysts who are driving the business and technical requirements specifications and working in close collaboration with the Implementation Team(s) to execute software development according to the SAFe Agile Practices.

• Strong requirements analysis skills
• Professional business and data modelling skills
• Knowledge of Enterprise architecture
• Superior in conceptual thinking
• Good experience in business knowledge and banking
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence
• Understanding of complex system architecture and its communication methods

Nice to have:

• Experience in working in a Nordic Bank
• Knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem
• Experience with Snowflake

• Drive the requirements process in Technology.
• Manage your own part of the initiatives with many stakeholders, ensuring strong focus on scalability, robustness and non-functional requirements in the target state.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and provide both technical and business insight for software development, decision proposals and studies.
• Clarify, document and communicate the functional and non-functional requirements, and drive your part of change initiatives with multiple stakeholders in line with the target state to enable sustainable solutions.

Location - Gdynia/Gdańsk/Warszawa - office presence availability - 3 days a week is required.
