Backend Developer

Traffit is scaling its product capabilities using AI agents and has a product ATS with several years of history, including legacy parts and newer layers developed with a DDD-light approach. The company operates fully remotely with a team distributed across Poland and holds quarterly 2-day hackathons in Gdynia.

• Solid experience with PHP 7 and Symfony 4
• Very good knowledge of MySQL
• Good knowledge of Docker
• English proficiency sufficient for fluent communication (company meetings are in English)
• Fluent Polish (daily communication is in Polish)
• Independence and readiness to take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Growth mindset, contributing to team growth

• Develop the product using DDD architecture
• Maintain and fix bugs in cooperation with the Customer Success team
• Work daily with the Backend Leader and CTO

Work is fully remote with quarterly in-person hackathons in Gdynia, Poland.
