System Engineer / Polarion Expert for Automotive

Endego specializes in engineering solutions for automotive, railway, agriculture, heavy-duty vehicles, commercial vehicles, medical, and household appliances sectors. The company has Polish roots with four branches in Poland, headquarters in Krakow, and offices in Munich and Romania. The team consists of 250 specialists including engineers and experts in other fields.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechatronics or related field
• Experience in System Engineering / Requirements Engineering in automotive or embedded systems development
• Hands-on experience with ALM/PLM tools, especially Polarion; knowledge of DOORS, Rhapsody, SysML/UML is a plus
• Understanding of modern vehicle E/E architectures
• Familiarity with ASPICE, Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity (ISO 21434)
• English at B2 level or higher
• Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities and proactive mindset
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to drive process improvements
• Readiness for occasional business travel

Nice to have:

• Experience as a Polarion Key User or Administrator
• Knowledge of Polarion customization (workflows, live docs, traceability, integrations)
• Experience working in OEM or Tier-1 automotive environment

• Analyze, manage and develop system requirements for automotive projects within software, electronics and embedded systems
• Translate customer needs into clear and actionable requirements for cross-functional engineering teams
• Develop and maintain system architecture and ensure alignment with customer expectations and technical implementation
• Lead technical discussions and requirements workshops with customers and internal stakeholders
• Manage requirement changes, baselines and traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Support activities related to ASPICE processes, Functional Safety (ISO 26262), Cybersecurity (ISO 21434) and DFMEA
• Support quotation and project teams by analyzing customer specifications and defining technical assumptions
• Drive continuous improvement of requirements engineering processes and documentation standards
• Configure, administer and optimize Polarion, including workflows, artifacts, traceability, permissions, reporting and tool integrations
• Support users in Polarion, improve requirements management processes and implement best practices within the tool
