Data Migration Specialist (Google Workspace)

• Experience in data migration projects (migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace is a plus).
• Knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, and Google Workspace.
• Experience with migration tools.
• Understanding of data structures and data mapping.
• Ability to work with large data volumes.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Plan and execute data migration activities.
• Migrate emails, calendars, contacts, files, shared drives, and collaboration data (e.g., SharePoint, Teams history).
• Handle migration of both active and archival data.
• Perform migration using the Base & Delta model.
• Coordinate multiple migration streams simultaneously.
• Provide post go-live support.
• Ensure data consistency and quality.
