• Build complex dashboards, billing UIs, and documentation platforms using Ruby on Rails and TypeScript
• Develop deep knowledge of the platform (Pub/Sub, Chat, LiveSync) and use the product to understand developer experience
• Take features from loose concepts to shipped products with minimal hand-holding
• Identify problems and propose solutions independently
• Deliver high-quality, well-tested code and meet delivery commitments
• Provide realistic estimates and communicate proactively about timelines
• Monitor production features and take ownership of quality issues throughout the feature lifecycle
