Project Manager (ERP/CRM platforms migration)

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a commercial migration for one of our clients. You will be driving the transition ensuring that every phase is specified, tracked, and executed without disrupting business continuity.

• 8–10 years of project management experience, with 5 years leading commercial or enterprise-level migrations.
• ERP/CRM platform migration experience.
• Very good knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira; experience managing high-velocity delivery cycles.
• Proven ability to navigate complex corporate hierarchies and influence Commercial Leads to align on transition timelines.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Professional Scrum Master (PSM II/III) certification is preferred.
• Professional English (B2-C1) is mandatory for international stakeholder coordination.

Nice to have:

• Fintech experience.

• Define and own the end-to-end commercial migration plan, specifying every technical and operational requirement involved.
• Partner closely with Commercial Leads to determine transition windows and mitigate risks to client-facing operations.
• Maintain project health metrics, ensuring all work streams are hitting milestones on time and within scope.
• Work with legal and commercial teams to determine "what can transition when," optimizing for speed and compliance.
