Wymagania

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or a similar role
  • Understanding of how software applications and systems work
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, cloud environments, and databases
  • Experience with tools such as Postman, Kibana/Observe, or Snowflake is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
  • Fluent English and French or Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Obowiązki

  • Managing and resolving technical issues reported by customers
  • Investigating problems, identifying root causes, and providing solutions
  • Monitoring system behavior and escalating potential bugs when needed
  • Communicating with customers and stakeholders throughout the issue lifecycle
  • Supporting customer calls related to issue resolution or system usage
  • Working with data and basic database queries to analyze issues
  • Maintaining internal documentation and contributing to knowledge base articles
  • Supporting team members by sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Ensuring agreed service levels and performance metrics are met
