Wymagania

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in IT or consulting.
  • Experience working at the intersection of IT and business.
  • Knowledge of basic IT solution design.
  • Experience working with medium and large clients.
  • Ability to work with project and technical documentation.
  • Basic orientation in technologies used in IT projects.
  • Ability to design solutions at a general level.
  • Ability to estimate effort and complexity of proposed solutions.
  • Understanding of technical and organizational constraints.
  • Ability to assess risks.
  • Understanding client problems and their business impact.
  • Thinking in terms of client value rather than just functions or technologies.
  • Ability to conduct constructive client conversations (asking relevant questions, simplifying complex topics).
  • Trustworthy and credible attitude.
  • Communication skills in Polish (C2) and English (C1).

Nice to have:

  • Experience in pre-sales, solution architect, or IT consultant roles.
  • Experience in a software house or technology company.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes.
  • Experience collaborating with delivery teams.

Obowiązki

  • Validate and/or clarify client problems and needs.
  • Develop initial solution concepts including scope, assumptions, and implementation conditions.
  • Identify technical, design, and organizational risks.
  • Determine preliminary cost estimates in cooperation with the technical team.
  • Support preparation of client offers.
  • Participate in client meetings, translating technical issues into simple language, presenting proposed solutions, and supporting sales in discussing scope, implementation, and costs.
