Product Engineer (worldwide remote, work anywhere)

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong fundamentals across languages, frameworks, and environments.
• Regular advanced use of LLM-based AI tools for development tasks including debugging, testing, refactoring, and code review.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines or runners.
• Product mindset with ability to clarify unclear requirements, make trade-offs, and prioritize based on impact.
• Experience shipping projects with direct accountability for results.
• Professional English communication skills with ability to explain technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

End-to-End Domain Orchestration:

• Take absolute ownership of a specific part of the platform or product.
• Shape technical direction, write and review production code.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and prepare releases.
• Ensure stability in production.
• Turn ideas, experiments, or unclear requirements into working solutions using AI tools.
• Identify and lead changes to fix technical bottlenecks including architecture, infrastructure, cloud work, or observability improvements.

AI-Agentic Development:

• Use AI tools like Claude Code daily for debugging, writing tests, refactoring, documentation, and exploring codebase.
• Validate AI outputs to prevent "Dark Architecture" or "AI Slop".

Product & Operational Leadership:

• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical plans.
• Prioritize work based on impact, risk, and complexity.
• Manage incidents, improve monitoring and observability.
• Reduce unnecessary process overhead where possible.
